Janicelynn Asamoto Park is an associate in the Tax Department. She advises on domestic and cross-border financings and investments, inbound and outbound private mergers and acquisitions and tax issues relating to financial products. Janicelynn also counsels fund managers and investors on the tax and economic consequences of forming, operating and investing in domestic and international private investment funds.
Before joining Proskauer, Janicelynn was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition, she was a youth development volunteer in Honduras with the U.S. Peace Corps before attending law school.
