Ms. Hajek helps clients of all sizes protect their intellectual property portfolios. Her practice focuses on domestic and international trademark management, and she collaborates with foreign counsel on prosecuting trademark applications and managing IP litigation and IP transactions for U.S. clients protecting their intellectual property abroad.
Her experience includes litigating trademark, trade dress, copyright, domain name, and anti-counterfeiting disputes in federal court, and in front of the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) and arbitration panels. Ms. Hajek works closely with clients in the preservation and production of documents, and she skillfully negotiates settlements.
Ms. Hajek has significant experience drafting and negotiating license agreements relating to trademarks, copyrights, patents and software. She prepares and reviews work-for-hire, assignment, publicity and confidentiality agreements. She conducts due diligence and reviews IP agreements associated with large asset purchases.
