She assists clients with statutory and regulatory compliance, including health care reform, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Medicare Secondary Payer Act. She advises regarding plan mergers, plan terminations, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, benefits implications of corporate transactions, and day-to-day benefits issues.
