James Kilner is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team in the Chicago office.
Mr. Kilner has experience in a range of banking and finance transactions, focusing in particular on cross-border asset financing, secured lending structures and general and structured financings. He also has experience in aviation sale and lease-backs, and operating leases as well as ECA guaranteed loan financings.
Mr. Kilner has also acted for international banks and borrowers on secured finance transactions, including general working capital facilities, refinancings, bridge loan facilities and debt issuance.
