James Dority is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. James has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical, electrochemical and mechanical arts for start-up organizations, universities, and Fortune 500 corporations.
Prior to attending law school, James served as an engineering intern for General Electric’s Power division and as an extern for the USPTO in the Office of International Patent Cooperation.
