Jack N. Frost, Jr. is an experienced litigator and trial attorney focusing on products, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, as well as estate/trust and business disputes across the country. Handling a significant array of high-stakes litigation cases, Jack routinely serves as national, regional and local trial and litigation counsel, coordinating the defense of clients ranging from individuals and small, independently owned companies to some of the largest multinational corporations in the world, having tried as first and second chair several noteworthy matters on their behalf.
Practicing at the convergence of business transactions and litigation, Jack’s work not only involves New York and New Jersey-based matters, but extends across the United States.
In addition to his core litigation and trial practice, Jack negotiates and closes significant loan and bond financings; defends financial institutions in regulatory investigations; and provides consultation to multinational banks regarding the issuance of municipal securities and multi-tiered financings.
