Dylan King focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment matters. He advises clients on best employment practices including ensuring compliance with various state and federal employment regulations. He also advises clients with regards to wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA and state law discrimination regulations.
During law school, Dylan completed a law internship with one of the world’s largest private employers, working in the company’s legal department in the Employment Practices and Class Actions divisions. Dylan was also a member of the Labor & Employment Law Student Association at the University of Miami School of Law.
