Ivan Chalupa focuses his practice mainly on M&A transactions and corporate finance. Ivan also has an extensive experience with regulatory matters and disputes before Czech courts.
Ivan started with the firm as a law clerk, spent his three-year compulsory traineeship as a registered legal trainee and is currently an associate in our Prague office.
