Isabelle Corbett is a member of the firm’s futures and derivatives practice. Ms. Corbett specializes in matters involving the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the derivatives and commodities markets. Ms. Corbett assists entities regulated by the CFTC, entities exempt from registration with the CFTC, and entities trading instruments under the jurisdiction of the CFTC in an array of futures and derivatives matters, including compliance policies and programs, regulatory advice, and enforcement and investigations. Prior to joining Covington, Ms. Corbett worked at a consulting firm specializing in derivatives, where she advised clients with respect to the rapidly changing regulatory and market structure landscape created by Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act as well as the regulations proposed and finalized by the CFTC.
