Ian Debbage’s practice focuses on banking and financial litigation, with a particular emphasis on asset finance litigation.

Ian acts for banks and asset-based lenders and regularly advises on issues such as recovery of assets, fraud, wrongful interference with goods, professional negligence and recovery of debts.

Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Ian spent time on secondment in the in-house litigation departments of two large UK banks.
