Hunter Pearce is a litigator with a broad range of experience at both the trial and appellate level.
He regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes involving contracts, noncompetes and other restrictive covenants, trade secrets, intellectual property, business divorce, including shareholder disputes in close corporations and LLCs, and corporate veil-piercing and successor liability issues. Hunter also has handled matters involving constitutional law, real property, wills and estates, government contracts, labor and employment, and product liability.
