Howard began his career as a real estate attorney with the Coblentz law firm in San Francisco and transitioned to the executive ranks of private and public media companies. His broad business management and legal affairs experience covers mergers and acquisitions, publishing, licensing, e-commerce, hospitality, health and wellness and entertainment. He was a co-inventor of a patent to download coupons from the Internet, the co-creator of more than 100 published books including a New York Times #1 bestseller, and the co-founder and president of a special purpose acquisition company he took public.
Howard is the author of three published books and an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Howard enjoys traveling, going to the movies, watching the Green Bay Packers, writing and archery. He is a certified instructor in Latosa Escrima martial arts and a practitioner of Krav Maga, the Israeli military self-defense system.
