Holly Stein Sollod brings over 30 years of experience in both New York and Colorado to her role as counsel, advisor and defender of her clients. She is the recent past-Chair of Holland & Hart's Securities Litigation, Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group and former Chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Ms. Sollod concentrates her trial practice in securities arbitration and litigation, class action defense, corporate governance, and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Sollod focuses on defending corporations and their directors and officers in all aspects of securities litigation, particularly class action defense, shareholder derivative suits, SEC and FINRA investigations and private securities litigation. Clients hire Ms. Sollod when they need independent counsel to conduct an internal corporate investigation or to act as independent counsel to a Special Litigation Committee in shareholder derivative suits. Ms. Sollod also defends clients in securities arbitrations brought by customers or employees. As a former Director of Arbitrations at the American Stock Exchange, she brings practical knowledge and experience to her arbitration practice representing brokerage industry clients.
