Hilarie M. Carhill

Professional Biography

Hilarie represents and advises employers in a broad range of employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  She routinely defends clients against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violations of civil rights, and claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and other state and federal employment laws.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Hilarie worked as an active duty Judge Advocate in the United States Army and gained exposure to federal labor and employment law. She has experience representing clients from all walks of life and prides herself on the ability to connect with her clients and advocate for their desired legal outcomes.
