Heather Lanyi is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Heather represents employers in all areas of labor and employment. Her practice includes defending employers against all aspects of employment-related claims in state and federal courts, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She also has traditional labor experience, including representing employers in grievance arbitration and unfair labor practice charges under the National Labor Relations Act. 

Heather has extensive prior experience as a Human Resources and Recruiting Business Partner for global organizations, which she uses to provide practical advice and counsel in employment-related matters to her clients.
