Harrison J. Meyers

Professional Biography

Harrison J. Meyers focuses his practice on defending employers at all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, arbitration, and trial. Harrison has found success defending employers before state and federal courts. He has experience representing employers on a variety of claims, including claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Acts, as well as claims involving restrictive covenants. His experience has also given him keen insight as to when to skillfully avoid protracted disputes and he has achieved positive and lasting outcomes for several clients, often involving alternative dispute resolution.

Harrison also helps employers and management avoid the very pitfalls that can lead to disputes and litigation by advising on a wide-range of human resource issues. Often, Harrison can be found assisting clients prepare employee handbooks, policies, severance agreements, and employee trainings.

Harrison graduated from the University of Colorado Law School. During law school, he was a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal.
