Hannah Henseling works in the areas of investment funds and real estate. She advises capital management companies, institutional investors, asset managers and their regulated and unregulated fund vehicles on investment law and real estate law issues.
Her consulting practice includes in particular regulatory advice for capital management companies and investment funds in connection with the management and launch of investment funds (retail and special funds). She also advises institutional investors on individual and portfolio transactions as well as on ongoing asset management.
During her legal clerkship, Ms. Henseling worked for a major international law firm and for the AHK Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. Before joining McDermott, she worked as a lawyer at a boutique law firm in Frankfurt/Main specializing in commercial law advice.
