In today’s ever-changing healthcare environment, Haile helps clients tackle important market access issues, including strategies to obtain coverage, coding, and appropriate payment for novel medical technologies, including medical devices, diagnostics, and drugs/biologicals. He draws on his deep background analyzing regulatory and legislative policy on novel medical technology, value-based care and mental health parity issues to advise on barriers and opportunities for clients across a diverse healthcare spectrum.
Haile’s background combines extensive experience in primary and secondary research of federal agency rules, strong coding and payment capabilities, and a deep understanding of launch planning, stakeholder prioritization and payor strategies. He regularly engages with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and congressional and state leaders to advocate for critical regulatory and policy recommendations. Haile also develops strategies and action plans to help clients respond to reimbursement barriers to access as well as proposed and finalized legislation and regulatory guidance.
Previously, Haile served as a senior research analyst focused on value-based policy for a premier national healthcare insurance company. In that role, he partnered with workgroups and senior executives to analyze regulatory and legislative changes while crafting advocacy strategies and policy recommendations.
