Greg Shin is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining Ogletree, Greg worked for another employment firm in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on employment discrimination, including matters brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Greg has managed discovery in these types of cases, which has involved conducting employee interviews, responding to written discovery, evidence collection, and preparing and defending depositions. He also has experience drafting pleadings and other dispositive motions.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. During law school, Greg also served as a legal intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and for the Honorable Diana Saldaña of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
