Greg handles technology and intellectual property transactions, with an emphasis on complex licensing, strategic alliances, outsourcing, OEM, distribution, and reseller agreements for a wide range of software, telecommunications, cloud computing, digital media, healthcare and Internet technologies. Greg leads a team of attorneys that represent several of the largest US hospital and healthcare providers in the use and development of technology, including the implementation, management, maintenance and protection of various components of the systems and solutions used to streamline operations, increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve care.
Greg’s national privacy and security practice involves representing some of the world’s leading information security companies, where he counsels on industry specific matters around corporate partnering, acquisitions, security/forensic reporting requirements, PCI auditor requirements and Department of Defense and government contracting. Greg has experience with firewall management policy solutions as well as industry leading network attack simulation and governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions.
