Greer Clem is an Associate at Mintz's New York office. She is a litigator whose practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, white collar defense, government investigations and enforcement, class actions, securities litigation, and appellate cases. She has experience conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda and motions. Greer was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2020.
While earning her JD, Greer served as an intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the US District Court of the District of Massachusetts, where she assisted with hearings on a broad range of civil and criminal matters. She also served as an intern for the Honorable David A. Lowy, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a paralegal for a Boston-based law firm specializing in criminal defense and immigration law.
In law school, Greer served as head research assistant for Professor A. Deborah Ramirez and co-authored an article with her that was published in the Northeastern University Law Review.
