Grayson I. Dimick* is an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery's D.C. office. She focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional matters affecting a wide range of clients across the health care industry. Grayson advises clients on a variety of issues, including the regulatory and compliance aspects of digital health. She also conducts due diligence on health care transactions.
Grayson has experience handling issues relating to health coverage, health care mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with state and federal behavioral and mental health programs.
Prior to law school, Grayson worked for a health policy research center and a behavioral health organization. While in law school, she was a law fellow for the first-year legal research and writing program and a senior staff editor for the Food & Drug Law Journal.
