Grant Kaiser is an Associate in the Tax practice group in the Chicago office of Vedder Price.
Mr. Kaiser focuses his practice in the area of federal tax law and advises corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individual clients on a wide range of tax matters. Mr. Kaiser has experience in taxable and nontaxable business acquisitions and restructurings, financing transactions, asset securitizations, executive compensation, state and local tax, and other complex business transactions. Mr. Kaiser also has substantial experience in researching the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations and other U.S. federal, state and foreign tax authorities for the purpose of analyzing the tax implications of various business and individual matters.
