Recognized as one of the “25 Women You Need to Know,” by a major Florida publication, Ginger relies on her 20 years of trial law experience to advocate for clients’ success in litigation and on appeal. A former state felony prosecutor, she works now on a range of cases including multi-claim and class action litigation, unfair and deceptive trade practices litigation, real estate-related claims, insurance coverage litigation, employment, and general business litigation. Her target client is a mid-sized business seeking top-shelf talent at a cost-effective price point. Ginger also has appellate experience.
