Gabrielle I. Weiss concentrates her practice on a wide range of employment matters.
She has notable experience representing clients in all aspects of employment litigation, both on the defense and plaintiff side. Her practice on both sides of the docket gives her a unique perspective into complex employment matters. Gabrielle has represented clients in reductions in force, handling all aspects of multi-plaintiff discovery and severance considerations such as the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act. She has represented organizations in matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
Gabrielle is well versed in employee discipline arbitrations. She also has experience counseling clients regarding severance agreements and regulation changes under Title IX. Additionally, Gabrielle has spent significant time conducting internal investigations regarding a wide array of employment issues, a part of her practice she especially enjoys.
Gabrielle also has experience handling complex multi-plaintiff litigation, breach of contract and negligence actions, product liability cases, and white collar and commercial litigation matters.
Outside the Firm
In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their rescue dog, Gloria, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia, and watching bad reality television.
