Francesca focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, corporate and securities law, and general corporate matters. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including investment banks and other financial services firms.
Prior to joining Mintz, Francesca was a corporate associate at a New York-based international law firm, where she had previously worked as a summer associate. She worked on a variety of capital markets and lending transactions, including public and private offerings of securities, acquisition financings, and leveraged buyouts.
While attending law school, Francesca served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York and as a Pro Bono Scholar at the office of the Federal Public Defender.
