Florian Lechner is a partner in the Frankfurt office of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP focusing on M&A transactions and complex commercial law matters.
Florian advises domestic and foreign corporate clients from a wide variety of sectors—including telecommunications, media and technology, energy, industrials, and automotive—on a broad range of legal issues, in particular on commercial contracts (including e-commerce and general terms) as well as M&A transactions.
Before joining McDermott Will & Emery, Florian was a senior associate with a magic circle law firm and accompanied, in his role as interim general counsel as part of a client secondment, the internal reorganisation of a large consumer bank.
