Eve Mouzouris represents accountants, architects & engineers, insurance agents & brokers, medical & health care professionals, lawyers, real estate professionals, securities industries professionals and various miscellaneous professionals in professional liability matters. Drawing on industry experience, legal prowess and the resources of a national law firm, she handles individual cases as well as high-volume programs in a comprehensive, purposeful and timely manner.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Eve worked at a New York full-service law firm, where she defended health care professionals, including working on COVID-19-related matters. Before that, she worked at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office as a Special Victims prosecutor, handling cases that included sex crimes, domestic violence offenses, and crime perpetrated against vulnerable victims such as children, the elderly and the disabled.
Eve also served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas, United States Court of International Trade.
