Evan Mix is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm’s Del Mar office. He focuses his practice on class action and employment litigation. He represents employers accused of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations in both state and federal court. He also counsels employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
