Eugene's practice focuses on the health care industry, including mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician contracts, joint ventures, structuring of physician organizations, and compliance with state and federal fraud and abuse and physician referral laws. He represents hospitals, managed care organizations, medical groups, medical device distributors and other health care entities and providers.
