Erin W. Kendrella is an Associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her litigation practice focuses on individual and class action labor and employment-related matters in state and federal courts.
Ms. Kendrella advises and represents businesses of all sizes in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. She also advises managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, concentrating on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, and resolve employee relations problems.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Kendrella represented employees in employment matters, which gives her a unique perspective and insight for resolving workplace disputes. Ms. Kendrella has successfully mediated and settled cases on all aspects of employment law.
During law school, Ms. Kendrella was honored to be a Member of Moot Court and President of Mock Trial. She also participated in Chapman’s Family Violence Clinic and helped obtain restraining orders for victims of domestic abuse.
She is a southern California native and lives with her husband and dog in Newport Beach.
