Erin McGrath

Professional Biography

Erin McGrath handles a wide range of cases, including commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability and general liability. She also has experience representing clients in complex construction litigation, errors and omissions (E&O) matters, shareholder disputes, complex toxic tort cases, as well as employment practice matters, including ADA website accessibility compliance. Erin has provided thorough, strategic advice to clients ranging from individuals and small organizations to large corporations. She demonstrates her ability to effectively meet her client’s objectives through negotiations, alternative dispute resolution or trial.

After completing law school, Erin served as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney where she tried numerous cases to jury verdict. She later worked at a law firm where she handled cases involving complex construction litigation and commercial litigation.

During law school, Erin gained federal litigation experience while interning at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. She also served as the managing editor of articles for the Family Court Review.
