Erin Zecca is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on high-exposure construction matters. She represents owners, construction managers and general contractors in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and claims of negligence, Labor Law and Industrial Code violations. Erin also handles trucking liability, automobile liability and general liability matters. Prior to working at Wilson Elser, Erin practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts in New York defending owners, contractors, architects and engineers in construction litigation matters. She also defended property, building and business owners in general premises liability matters and handled an active caseload of construction defect, medical malpractice, professional liability, security guard, automobile and trucking litigation.
