He represents clients in equity syndication through limited partnerships and limited liability companies of low-income housing, historic and new markets tax credits. Erik has also assisted clients in obtaining or providing senior and subordinate financing for affordable housing and other community development projects.

A proven team player and devout collaborator, Erik has negotiated and closed over $1 billion of transactions over the course of his career, ranging from YMCAs, aquariums and theater complexes to production facilities and neighborhood infrastructure projects.
