Erik’s practice encompasses corporate, labor and employment, and litigation matters. His broad range of experience enables him to provide a wide variety of legal services to organizational and individual clients, particularly in civil and administrative matters at the trial and appellate levels.
Erik’s experience also includes representing clients in arbitration; drafting collective bargaining agreements; advising clients about new legislation; and providing training on topics such as labor disputes, employee discipline, grievances, and workplace discrimination.
