Erica Evans, Director of Expert Search Services, is a standout who has helped IMS earn and maintain its reputation for delivering the best expert witnesses for high stakes matters across industries, including banking, securities, finance, cybersecurity, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare. She develops the winning strategies that enable the expert search team to locate subject matter authorities precisely aligned to the needs of our prominent law firm and corporate clients. Erica has a reputation for being a strong leader who stirs within team members a drive to consistently strive to reach higher goals.
Erica steadily rose to a position of leadership within the Expert Services Department. She started at IMS as sales and business administrator, later became a research specialist, and then moved on to become manager of recruiting services, where she was responsible for supervising and guiding recruiters, developing standard operating procedures, and training and developing the growth of current team members and new hires. Her ability to master all aspects of expert search services has made her a highly capable director, a well-known figure amongst subject matter authorities across every industry and discipline, and a trusted advisor and partner to the most prestigious Am Law 100 litigators throughout the country.
Prior to joining IMS, Erica was a litigation assistant at Levin Papantonio Rafferty. She also served as a graduate research assistant at University of West Florida, where she received a master’s degree in political science and was named Government Department Graduate Student of the Year. Throughout college and her professional life, Erica has been dedicated to helping youths find opportunities and develop leadership skills. To accomplish these goals, she has volunteered with Youth United, Key Club, and Circle K International. Erica currently resides in the Pensacola area.
