As a corporate associate in the Private Funds Group, Emily focuses her practice on representing sponsors in the formation and maintenance of private equity funds and fund-of-funds and institutional investors with respect to their direct interests and their acquisitions and sales of secondary partnership holdings.
In law school, Emily was a member of and note editor for the Suffolk University Law Review.
