Emily Poniatowski is an associate and a member of the Environment, Land, and Natural Resources practice group. She served as a summer associate at the firm prior to becoming an associate. Through this role, Emily performed upper level legal research and drafted summaries and memoranda regarding relevant findings. She also prepared various documents for court filings including briefs, affidavits, and motions. Additionally, Emily assisted in a long-term pro bono document review project and attended small claims court hearings.
