A detail-oriented and strategic thinker, Emily Lodge is committed to helping clients face challenges in labor and employment matters. Emily conducts legal research and drafts memoranda, motions and case assessments.
Before joining the firm full-time, Emily was a summer associate and law clerk with Barnes & Thornburg and assisted with employment matters.
She also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern with the Honorable Michael G. Gotsch, Sr., of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She drafted court orders for employment discrimination cases and breach of contract claims.
Emily was a paralegal for an international law firm in Washington, D.C., before entering law school. She handled case management responsibilities for matters at various stages of the litigation process and supported attorneys by conducting research, drafting documents and managing client communication.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys hiking. In 2019, she completed the Camino de Santiago, hiking 500 miles across Spain.
