She also assists clients in complying with transaction-triggered compliance requirements like the Connecticut Transfer Act. Emilee was appointed to the Working Group jointly convened by Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the Department of Economic and Community Development under Public Act 20-9 to advise on Connecticut’s forthcoming release-based environmental investigation and remediation program. She has previously co-chaired two other Working Group subcommittees.
Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Emilee was a legislative fellow for the Connecticut General Assembly's Office of Legislative Research, where she conducted nonpartisan legal and public policy research.
