Elizabeth Spector is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department, resident in the New York office. She handles a wide range of employment law matters, including work for public sector clients such as the City of New York, the Health and Hospitals Corporation, and the MTA.
Liz provides significant assistance in both single-plaintiff and class-action litigation matters, including researching and drafting briefs and memoranda and assisting with investigations. She researches opposing witnesses, engages in preparation for witness interviews, depositions and cross-examinations, and has substantial responsibility for preparing communications to opposing counsel, subpoenas and responses to discovery demands. Liz also plays an important role in advising clients on employee leave and training policies.
