As a Partner in the firm's Land Development & Government Relations Group, Eileen Ball Mehta's areas of proficiency include land use, local government law and appeals.
Eileen has represented national leaders in aviation, telecommunications, energy, tourism, housing and international trade. She has represented private and governmental clients, and she serves as counsel to the Clerk of the Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and to Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Inc. She has handled cases in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and quasi-judicial matters before local, regional and state administrative tribunals. Eileen lectures frequently on topics pertaining to land use law, government procurement, appellate practice and legal ethics.
