Edgar is an associate in the Financial Services practice, joining the firm from the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court, where he was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes. Through his clerkship experience, he gained knowledge on the complexities of the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Bankruptcy Rules and how they apply in commercial actions, including Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation matters.
