Professional Biography

Eden Yerby has experience with real estate and business transactions.

Eden previously served as a summer associate for Robinson+Cole, where she worked with attorneys on various projects, ranging from litigation and research to real estate transactions, white-collar defense, and labor and employment matters. She also conducted extensive research to assist in prepping for trial, including drafting contractual agreements, as well as formal and informal memorandums.

Eden also worked as a summer intern as part of the firm’s summer fellowship program with National Grid. In this role, she worked with attorneys on a variety of projects, including zoning applications and in-house matters. She supported Robinson+Cole in various areas, including data and consumer privacy, real estate litigation and transaction, environmental transaction and reporting, and business transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Eden was a sea grant law fellow at the Marine Affairs Institute in Bristol, Rhode Island. There, she independently researched projects concerning coastal access in Rhode Island, such as Native American access to shorelines, customs, easements, and dedications of land. She also researched, compiled, and drafted case briefs and memorandums answering various questions posed by the organization. In addition, she externed with the Coastal States Organization in Washington, DC, where she assisted in analyzing and drafting comments on proposed and pending legislation and various governmental office policies pertaining to managing, protecting, and developing coastal and offshore areas in the United States.
