Ms. Glover represents clients in employment litigation and counsels employers on diverse employment matters. In particular, she represents employers in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings in connection with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and contracts. Ms. Glover regularly advises clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, and she regularly conducts training on employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and the like. As a community volunteer, she is a pro bono resource to the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, provides pro bono service to the Maryland affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and assists with the University of Baltimore School of Law National Labor Moot Court team competition.
