Donald (Gene) E. Hayes, Jr. is Of Counsel in the Memphis office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He joined Jackson Lewis after 12 years as in-house employment counsel and human resources manager with a large academic medical practice. He therefore has extensive experience in giving practical, real-world advice regarding employment law, regulatory compliance, healthcare, privacy, and disability matters. Before going in-house, he concentrated his practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.
