Don is Co-Manager of ArentFox Schiff’s Litigation Department and practices in its Complex Litigation practice group.
Don assists clients in defending their pesticides and other crop protection tools and the products of biotechnology through counseling, agency submissions, and litigation pursuant to several statutes, including the:

Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (“FIFRA”)

Plant Protection Act
Don frequently advises clients on and litigates data use and compensation disputes under FIFRA.
He also assists clients in defending against product liability claims and securing insurance coverage for those claims.
In addition, Don strategizes with vehicle industry-related trade associations and manufacturers with respect to antitrust, contract, and product-related issues.
