Dominique J. Torsiello focuses her practice on transactional matters in the energy industry.
Prior to joining the Firm, Dominique represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters and further advised clients on risk mitigation strategies. She has extensive experience and knowledge in corporate governance issues and has assisted on various corporate transactions.
During law school, Dominique was a board member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Association and founder of the Animal Law Association. She was also a law clerk for a natural gas company that provides service within Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Ohio, where she worked closely with the Office of General Counsel on various corporate matters.
