Dominika Jędrzejczyk, a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw, PhD candidate, works as Junior Associate in the K&L Gates office in Warsaw. She is mostly occupied with proceedings before the common and arbitration courts. Her practice also comprises international investment arbitration. She is interested in construction law, in particular in the liability for delay in performance of construction works, international arbitration and public international law.

Professional Background
Before joining K&L Gates, Dominika Jędrzejczyk gathered experience in local and international law firms. She was also an intern at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the Council of Europe and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Department of Legal and Treaty Issues).
