Dibya Behera is an Associate in the Investment Funds practice at NDA and is based out of its Mumbai office. Having graduated from the National university of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi , he has been actively involved in advising VC/PE funds on legal, regulatory and tax issues, fund governance, fund economics best practices and fund documentation at the fund formation stage. In addition, he takes a keen interest in the competition law and regularly contributes insightful articles in leading national and international publishing platforms.
